Ingrid Eriksson continues to elaborate with different aspects of sport and just as the last time she exhibited at Y1 (ice hockey rink installation "Face Off" in March 1998) the active participation of the exhibitions visitors is essential, maybe even more so this time. "Everyone Against Everyone" is a real school and recreation centre classic - round-table tennis. A type of table tennis that apart from being good fun is also rather democratic - everyone can play! However, in practice it is, of course, more complicated, after all it's all about elimination. The participants form more or less open alliances with or against each other, aggressions, ambitions and a variety of motives become visible in the competitive situation. In other words, the same rules do not only apply in sport (and the artworld) but also in society. Ingrid Eriksson graduated from Umeå Academy of Art in 1995
