Would you like to see the worlds first - and probably last - marijuana Western? Dope Mania is a compilation of anti-drug propaganda from the 50s and 60s. Featuring a series of short films with hysterically funny pedagogical content produced for the American government to inform the public of the terrible effects of drugs on youth. One cant help wondering if the opposite effect was achieved; some of the far out psychedelic effects are certainly enticing!
